After 20 years in a corporate role that included leading, launching, and scaling businesses in an enterprise environment, I was confident that my foundation was solid and that I had the skills to start a business and produce results for shareholders.

I soon discovered that while I had mastered many skills, other critical ones that I did not have impacted my ability to build momentum. It felt like I was under a glass ceiling that I could not break through, making me feel like a fraud -exposed, anxious, and sometimes stupid.
I understood that business growth was more than doing "some" sales and marketing (I had become very good at surfing aka 'erratic attempts to attract clients'). It forced me to start looking for resources to fill the gaps.
At the time I could not find a single solution to help me so I made it my mission to create a framework which I refined in my own businesses initially and then with my consulting clients.
15 years on...
it has thankfully produced consistent success, across multiple verticals, and different business models hence my translation of into different formats to make it accessible for all entrepreneurs as they start and scale.

Why do I do it?
Very simply it is about people.
I have been blessed to work in both 1st world and 3rd world countries. The lesson of the 3rd world is that a job is a privilege and not a right. Working on a project 15 years ago I discovered every person that had a job, supported 10 others who could not find work.
I created a guiding principle that powers everything we do:

Every business we help, create a sustainable strategy that will impact their team x 10. So 5 people translates to 50, 20 people to 200, 50 people to 500 and so on ....
