Discussing the tactics you learn within your small groups allows for the opportunity to share and ideate solutions with people who are not personally involved in your business so look at it through a different lense of perspective.  This is a safe place where everyone is working on their own business whilst learning from others.

Before you come to the workshop you will receive a prompt sheet that you will be asked to complete.  This will give Gill an idea of what areas each person is grappling with as well as establish points of connection where you might want your business to be the sample for the group discussion.  This will help you prepare pre the physical workshop.  As note, those of you that are ready to share in the group session will benefit the most and often see the quickest results post the workshop.
