“Is this therapy? ”

No. Reset Smart is a structured self-awareness exercise. It helps you identify patterns and behavioural drivers. Whilst being a very powerful exercise, it does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional psychological support. We advise that if any emotions become overwhelming to stop and seek professional help.

“What if I do not remember much from childhood?”

That’s normal. You’re not looking for perfect memories, you are identifying emotional themes and repeated messages. You will do the exercise on your own in a space that is peaceful and allows you to relax and reflect. There is not time pressure, memories surface through reflection, not perfect recall and at the end when we tie it all together it will make sense.

“How is this relevant to my business?”

Your pricing, delegation, leadership style, risk tolerance, and money responses are behavioural. Behaviour is very often habitual. Your programmed responses that you "often say before you think" - e.g. money does not grow on trees - that was shaped early and has just sunk into your subconscious brain. When you see the driver, you can change the outcome. Every person that has done the program to date, tells us that this is not just relevant to their business but to their life.

“How does this happen in 3 hours? Is that the only time needed?”

Three hours is enough to uncover the patterns. identifying the triggers and reframing the reaction into responses that serve you happen through consistent application as you build new habits. This is a reset not a one-time fix.

“What happens if I uncover something that is uncomfortable?.”
