Just like many of you, I made the choice to become an entrepreneur "knowing what I knew" at the time. I have had the sleepless nights, wondering how I am going to get customers... never mind the "right ones".
I knew I was capable. I knew I could and would over deliver. But growth still felt impossible at times as results were inconsistent, and it felt way harder than it should be.
The turning point wasn’t working harder. It was the realisation that my business structure was not designed to support growth.
That’s when I created the Profit Pulse Framework. A step by step approach to creating a business ecosystem, enabling growth without everything depending on you.

Over 35 years of launching, building, and optimising businesses, I’ve seen the same pattern on repeat:

I also know that when it’s your business, there is nowhere to hide.

I was there. It was at that point that I stopped looking for better tactics… and started redesigning how the business itself was structured.
