We recommend completing one section per day. This gives you time to reflect on how you currently use your time and begin shifting habits that have developed over months or even years.

Time Smart is not just about producing a report. It’s about helping you change how you invest your time going forward.

“Do I need to track my time before starting?”

No. If you already use a calendar or diary, you can upload screenshots so SMART AI can help review how your time is actually being spent.

If you don’t have a record of your time, SMART AI will guide you through a structured series of questions to build a realistic picture of how your time is currently allocated — linking your activities to the outputs they produce.

Either way, the goal is to create an accurate view of how your time is being used today.
